My family were booked on a bus from Midrand, Durban bound, for today, 4 Jan 2018. The pick up by the bus from Midrand was 9.35am, then proceeded to Parkstation. Arrival: 10am. My wife and myself travel at least twice a month between Maputo and Johannesburg and visa versa. We have never encountered the bus arrive as per the time reflected on the ticket. Even discounting the delays at the border or traffic in Matola, they are still always late...why. Rather change the ticket details to reflect a realistic time, than inconvenience people waiting at both ends.
