I have purchased a bus ticket for my dad, from Durban on the 6th of September 2017, Due to my dad being admitted he was unable to travel, I called the bus service and was later told, to submit a refund form. I completed the form and submitted with my banking details. I was advised it takes 7 days to refund, I am always following up with the bus company, 18days later and still no response. My daughter is using Putco bus to travel to school, her regular bus driver is on leave. Morning am travelling from jhb to cpt on one of the intercape buses and we have been lost for about 2hours nobody say anything. Spoke to an agent at the call centre who wasn't useful at all.
