On Board of the Sinfonia my credit card was registered and an amount of R2060 were credited. On disembarkation I received an invoice to the amount of $41.10 (R575.40). The rest of the balance R2060.00 has not yet been paid back as promised to my credit card account. I am not able to reach MSC through the number 0870750850 and on their website the message cannot be send. How do they work?

We booked a bus from Pmb to Umthatha, bus was for 2:10am on the 9/01/17,to arrive at destination at 08:45am(ticket reference-C86406). Good day I purchased a ticket of city to city on Thursday the 5th of January 2017 from Pretoria to sibasa in Limpopo.the ticket was booked for Saturday the 07th at 09:10 am.I got to the station at 8:30 in the morning and waited for the bus.most buses were coming and going but the one I booked for has not arrived.
