booking online Durban to cape town there was an error repeated twice. I was referred to mango IT who took 3 days to make a promised 24 report by which time we had lost accommodation booking in cape town. we then had to pay almost R800 to rebook tickets which they had messed up. I have been ringing mango customer care number for weeks and cannot get through. they do not answer emails. am feeling really upset and disgruntled. if they want our business they must offer better service....

On the 07/02/2017, i bonded a bus of Eldo coaches in Johannesburg at 13:00 heading to Cape town, with my 2 kids age 2 yrs and 1 yrs, and husband. Most terrible place I've ever stayed. Dirty linen which were not replaced since the previous people left, Room stank. Bed lamps not working, plug loosen from wall and not working,mattresses old and worn out.Needless to say anything about the cups,pots to prepare food. No instructions how to use the gas stove.No bath mat in front of shower. Only placed one the next day. The tariff R400,only for sleep,breakfast not included....in such a horrible place?
