On the 1st of Feb 2020 we were waiting for the 10:20 APM bus as indicated on our tickets that the bus would arrive at 10:20 but instead it arrived at 10:45 in PIETERMARITZBURG near Macdonalds pick up point. Secondly the bus had no air conditioning it was extremely hot, the driver was rude to passengers. The bus itself was over heating. Firstly they overbooked the service and some passengers were just left behind. The driver is constantly yawning and trying every move in the book to stay awake... From opening his window now and again to fidgeting with anything he can... At one point he drifted into the next lane whilst trying to adjust the aircon... this forced the vehicle next to us into the oncomming lane... I booked apm bus on the 20th June 2019 to Kokstad from Park Station Johannesburg, the bus was supposed to depart at 19:15 but that was not the case we left around 12:00 midnight, the staff didn't give a damm about us we were freezing outside park station, they made us cue outside from 19:00 as they said the bus is on its way until 23:00 when a small bus came which left other passengers out, then we had to wait for the bigger bus the one that came around 12:00 midnight

Horrible experience at Mbizi game lodge in Bella Bella. Strongly recommend not to make any bookings there. We have been robbed while we were sleeping, and the management were very unprofessional and dont care afterwards , they just said it happened before, and the one was lady were actually very rude. You could see on the windows and doors that there were break-inns before, and some of the doors couldnt even lock. They only take cash on the premises and they dont make use of any credit card...

On the 8th of May 2019 at around 18:30, a City to City bus was travelling on the N3 from Durban towards Jhb at speeds unthinkable for a bus. I tried to catch up with that bus but when I reached speeds of 160km/hour, I gave up and returned to my normal speed. The bus registration was ZDN171GP and the bus number was 4822. Agreement states that fuel deposit is repaid on return of car if the tank is full, Secondly if the car is returned undamaged the hold on deposit will also be released on return of the car. HERTZ has done neither after car was returned on 20 Nov 18. They are therefor in breach of the agreement.
