I booked a return ticket to travel to EC last week,your services were cancelled due to bus strikes which was a good decision for all. I just want to know how does refuelling of a car that drove 350km and etoll for 3 tollstations cost R1900!!!! I will never ever ever rent a car from Europcar ever again. After 5 hours of ďriving in a 13 hours trip, the driver just decided to pull over the side of the road and just fall asleep for nearly 4 hours. I was sxheduled to take a shuttle from Carletonville N12 to Jhb with a connecting shuttle with a nother bus service from Jhb to Phalaborwa. My family were booked on a bus from Midrand, Durban bound, for today, 4 Jan 2018. The pick up by the bus from Midrand was 9.35am, then proceeded to Parkstation. Arrival: 10am. My wife and myself travel at least twice a month between Maputo and Johannesburg and visa versa. We have never encountered the bus arrive as per the time reflected on the ticket. Even discounting the delays at the border or traffic in Matola, they are still always late...why. Rather change the ticket details to reflect a realistic time, than inconvenience people waiting at both ends.
