We booked 3 nights a the resort and only ended up staying one night. This was due to the fact that the images and pictures shown on the Internet are in total contradiction to we actually saw when we got there. My parent en my son was on the bus @ 08:30 15/02/2014 from durban to pretoria. They left the bus stop in Durban @ 08:45. I booked a car online through argus car hire - my credit card was debited twice within minutes. When I arrived at Cape Town airport there was no car - I called their number from my cell only to be redirected to an overseas call centre. The lady was very polite but useless as she has no authority to do anything : she could not even promise a refund - she said I would have to sort it out directly myself!!! We were very disappointed with the condition of our chalet at the seasons sport and spa and never got a response from the manager after emailing him about it. The bed was broken, the aircon was dripping, the basin plugs needed seals as it did not keep the water in. The bedding had holes in it.

I will never travel with a InterCape Mainliner bus service. We booked our ticket East london to Paarl 11Dec. We were never told that we had to chanGe buses 3 times on the trip to Paarl. I spent a night at Leaves Lodge in Nelspruit. I had previously provided an authorisation to deduct the deposit from my credit card account.
