First for Women Complaints - Accident

I would like to lodge my utter disappointment in your service for the claim that I lodged on 16 December 2018.

• Firstly it took almost 3 months for the car to be fixed.
• I did all the communication, I was never updated about the status of the repair process.

Eventually the car was returned to my on 07 March 2019, and I discovered that the car was returned with a cracked windscreen – I had to make endless calls to make sure that this is fixed and it was after 5 days. The windscreen was fixed on 27 March 2019 and I took it home on 28 March 2019 because the whole time it was at my work place whilst waiting for the windscreen to be fixed. Little did I know that the worst awaits me. Upon inspection I discovered the following with disbelief:
• Park lights are not working
• Fog lights are not working
• Reverse light is not working
• Rear mirror light is not working
• I-stop is not working
• Loose cables inside the bonnet
• Water tank is leaking
• Arial is lose
• Car tools are missing including a car jack
• Rear lights have mist

I have enclosed pictures for ease of reference and I do hope that this matter will be given the priority it deserves. It has been 3 months without a car and when I finally get it, I encounter this!!!!!!
