Nedbank Complaints - Account debits of R 90 while in credit

On the 23/03/2019 I purchased petrol at BP for R500 swiped the amount and transaction was successful and sms from Nedbank confirmed it. (Account in credit) Then on the 04/04/2019 the same R500 deducted from my account and a honfee of R90 charged. On the 05/04/2019 I went to Woolworths and spent R190 as the account was still in credit. The following day another honfee of R90 charged. Now the account is in debit with R632.83 and Nedbank wants me to rectify within 24 hours. Please help because they must reverse those charges.
