Vodacom Complaints - Account - payment not credited

I've paid my bill every single month. I get up to 4 tel calls and around 6 messages p/day threatening me. I am also nor allow to cancel a contract nor to upgrade cause my bill is "overdue". I've sent proof of payment more that times. times, calls more than 9 times. They give wrong e mails to sent POP that come back undelivered. The EFT payment was confirmed by my bank. All my payments was received but for the one on 14th April during lockdown. How is it possible. They do not want me to cancel a contract as they mak money from us. We buy a phone and pay it off over 24 months. Airtime is free. They say, they do not sell airtime, they sell phones. . If they can keep u paying for longer, they then make money from home. This need to be reported t corruption watch. Even the local Vodacom shop couldn't reach them. My acc no I0806973. What must I do to get reaction out of them. The employees at their call centre are arrogant and useless. Where can I go to get assistance? They do not want to give a no for their CEO, MD or any manager. Why are the management too scared? Because they know what they are doing. I need them to credit my account so that I can go on wit renewing a contract and to cancel another.
