I am writing this after the poor service I got from Budget Insurance concerning one of my insured items(TV LED SCREEN 55") which was scheduled up for repair on the 09/03/2018 and that was interdepended to the availability of their chosen supplier. On the 09/03/2018 I spoke with the lady by the name(Lusinda Daniels-consultant) who promised me that she will assistance in speeding up of the claim. The supplier(Appliance Care-0118494144)came to collect the TV from where I am staying, it was agreed that feedback will be given to me on the 15/03/2018 and it was eventually brought to my attention. I logged a dispute on the feedback from the insurance which came from their supplier stating that " I had at some point opened the TV from the back which resulted for it to not be working".
After that I tried to engaged with budget insurance pertaining my dispute and nothing came out clear as nobody wanted to take charge of the situation and I further consulted my legal representative for intervention and did as they told me.
What I need from now is to get my TV back to my addressed ASAP,now budget insurance is failing to also instruct the supplier to deliver the item at my convenient time because budget insurance stated that due to the condition of the TV, they will never process the claim,I just need someone to address my query as I need the TV before end o business today(27/03/2018)but everybody seem to be nowhere to instruct the supplier to deliver my TV to my home.

I will never let this issue come to rest until my satisfactions are met as I am paying budget insurance for their services and not the other way around.

When I contact their Centre, they for ever promise to get back to you in a way of shutting you down. At the moment I just want my TV to be delivered to my home ASAP.
