TEHILLAH TRAVEL Complaints - AFRIHOST / VUMATEL DECEIVING CUSTOMERS

We applied for the Afrihost Fibre package with Vumatel as the Fibre partner on the 28 August 2018 and were advised by Afrihost that it will take up to 4 weeks to install fibre to our address. Upon registering for the package we were requested to first state our location, i.e. physical address to ascertain whether there were existing Fibre installations in the area, to which we were advised that Vumatel was the existing company in the area and we were eligible to have fibre in our home. We were sent a router in the beginning of September 2018 and was advised that the installation of the fibre is pending and will be done within the 4 week period. It is now 31 October and up until today no one from Vumatel or Afrihost has called to check on the order, I have to constantly call and send whatsapp messages using my airtime and listening to their sales agents lies. These companies are deceiving customers into sales they are not able to service. I am very dissapointed in Afrihost as this is not the service I expected to receive from them. Today, after my call to Afrihost, I was misguided again by their support service agent who advised that there is no Fibre installed in my area, another lie, because as you will see on the document i am uploading, it clearly states that Fibre is AVAILABLE in my area. A very disgruntled South African consumer.
