Hi i am Antonio Dias, i had a burst geyser on
the December holidays.phoned standard bank home owners insurance and till today no reply
the phone keep on ringing please hang on the lines are busy.i replaced the geyser at my cost so why pay the insurance. i tried again in January to phone one lady answered and put me thru to the claims department i waited over
1/2 hour no reply therefore i say standard bank the best is you close down after long term client ,still my problem for claiming is not solved
