Sheet Street Complaints - Appalling servic!e - Cellina

I wanted to return goods to Sheet Street Branch [email protected] at about 14h00. As I paid with a debit card, they can apparently only return cash. They said I must come back or go to another store!!! (already been to Centurion with same excuse) The manager, Celinnah, was then phoned to speak to me telephonically - she was EXTREMELY RUDE, insinuating that it is not their problem. The phone was put down in my ear twice! This empluee is in no way an asset, but a liability, to the store and should be dealt with asap In the case that no cash is available, surely there must be a policy where it can be returned to the debit card or otherwise purchases should be allowed on credit cards and cash only. (Compliments to the staff in the store who tried their best to help)
