ARREAS CHARGED ON MY ACCOUNT AFTER I CHANGED BANKING DETAILS WITH THE CONSULTANT AT THEIR STORES, I WAS TOLD THAT THEY WILL DEBIT FROM THE NEW ACCOUNT GOING FORWARD BUT FOR SEPT I MUST GO AND PAY THE ACCOUNT MANUALLY AT PICK N PAY WHICH I DID AND HAVE SUPPLIED THEM WITH PROOF OF PAYMENT, AT THE END OF OCTOBER THEY FAILED TO RAISE A DEBIT ON MY ACCOUNT AND I WENT TO PICK N PAY TO DO THE MANUAL PAYMENT AGAIN AND SEND THEM PROOF VIA EMAIL TO THEIR MANAGER AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN ACKNOWLEDGE OF MY COMPLAINT OR RESPONSE FROM THEIR SIDE
