Nedbank Complaints - Axccount Frozen

One of my Nedbank accounts has been "frozen" - I assume because I had not deposited into it for a while although it is in credit. I have contacted the customer care line, the branch and the international number numerous times. I am constantly sent from department to department and - every time - eventually cut off. I have been promised that "someone" will come back to me and they never have. I no longer know what to do as I am not getting service.
