The Unlimited Complaints - BAD BAD PAYERS

The loved one who passed away is Jo-anne Christine Hill. She passed away on 2019-10-08.
All normal Insurers ensure payment of a funeral claim is done within 48 hrs of receiving the claim. This claim with all the forms were submitted to the unlimited on 16/10/2019. Since then the one excuse after the other why the claim is not paid.THIS IS NOW 4 NOVEMBER 2019 AND THE CLAIM HAS NOT BEEN PAID. The family can not put their loved one to rest and can not get closure. This IS SHOCKING! PEOPLE MUST NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THE UNLIMITED.
