ROCHESTER FURNITURE Complaints - BAD BED/BAD FRAME

I bought a bedroom suite and other furniture in 2018.
In 2019 I had problems with the bed squeaking and wasnt sure if it was the mattress or the frame.
I lodged a complaint at Rochester Woodmead.
The woman who answered the phone said that the factory had not opened during lock down but she told me that she had my complaint and that the technician would come through as soon as they were able to work.
I have called her several times and she told me that her Manager was aware of my complaint.
To date no one has called me from this branch.
I paid my furniture off last year shortly after I purchased it.
I have undergone a back operation in June 2020 and called this same woman at Woodmead telling her I lodged this complaint on Hello Peter. She was no phased.
On 21 August 2020 I called the Head Office in Fourways and spoke to a woman called Palesa who checked my details and then after much time on the phone gave me a reference number. I attempted to "chat" with the branch today as I couldn't get through on the phone, they chat service kept me hanging with no one at the other end.
I have again been lied to, no one has called me from this branch.
The bed I sleep on is in bad shape for a new bed. My back is compromised!
They have not even updated my details on the credit bureau as "paid in full".
Never ever will i do business with these people again, I will also have something to say about their disguising service. If they do not get back to me by the end of the week I am going to Legal wise.
