Customer Complaints - BAD and CARELESS SERVICE

Are there anybody at a senior level at Pharmacy Direct who will be so kind as to check on what is going on at the dispensary of Pharmacy Direct? Month after month I have to communicate via emails and telephone calls for the last 7 months to make sure that we receive the medication and quantity that we have ordered, correctly. I suppose dispensing medicine require commitment and accuracy, but it seems to be like dispensing sweets - and that could be very dangerous to the patients!

Furthermore, I think medical aid schemes should also take cognizance of the service levels of pharmacies they are promoting.
