Telkom SA Complaints - Bad Customer Care and service

Due to faulty cables in Brackenfell - Protea Village area - we are out of Phone and Internet services since 11 July 2017. After many phone calls, hours of waiting for assistants and suggestions for alternative service that did not pitch at all, still the same answer - "I am sorry, we cannot give a time line" or "our technicians are working on the problem..." "We are waiting for the cable company to deliver the material and machines..." The list goes on and on. We are paying double now for the same service - Telkom, because of the contract, as well as other data suppliers, because we are loosing business if we are off line. I will definitely NOT promote Telkom - Be very careful before you use Telkom services.
