Department of Home Affairs Complaints - Bad customer service

We have been on the queue for more than 4 hours at Isipingo/Prospecton Home Affairs without getting helped. We are asked to follow the queue that's not moving. When I asked a male employee at entrance, he says it takes whole day to apply for a smart card ID or any ID for that matter. After 4 hours we are not ever close to enter the entrance door, we waiting on the outside. This is clearly not acceptable at this day and age. They don't care about customers and it's not right.
