SEA POINT SUPERSPAR Complaints - Bad customer service

I bought baby formulae and upon getting home realised that it had expired in 2018, See pictures attached. When I returned the formulae the supervisors said its Nestle whom I must contact. They did not apologise or even refund or replace with a new product. I was caused to wait for more than an hour. Nestle phoned me few days after and told me that Spar is responsible to inform them of expired food. Nestle agreed to replace the formulae but I am not happy how the supervisors treated me as their customer at Seapoint Superspar Durban.
