My name is tshilidzi I would like to report bad customer service from the lady by the name Bongekile in ellof pep store, she gave me bad service after buying stockings same time I notice the size was small she refused wen I ask to change the size because the one on the price tag was wrong,she became mad and start calling me names in front of customers and security..she asked why I didn't open before paying
