Netstar Complaints - Bad customer service

My employer has passed away and I have been trying to cancel the contract since June - without success. I emailed the documents as requested, but every time I call to follow up, I have to hold so that it can be referred to the supervisor. The supervisor is just never available, and each time they promise they will call me back. This has never happened. It is really poor customer service and meanwhile we have to pay for the service.
