Cell c Complaints - Bad customer service

I have went to Cell C branch in Mall at Mfula in Mpumalanga province, Piet Retief where a front desk cashier by the name of David Nkambule violated my rights as a customer.

When I enter the shop he did not have anybody to give service but during my term of service ,without informing me he then served another client of which it was his friend that was picked up from the their conversation.

Then two white ladies came and he politely asked them to wait ,and immediately also helped them while I was kept waiting .

He then failed to help me with enquiring over a cell phone that was recovered after reported stolen. He did not even attempt to call customer care on my behalf but suggested I buy my self a two sim cards and assist myself over sim swapping and follow up on the complaint over my cellphone network connection.

He also asked me to go and get a change when buying those two sim cards,where i failed to get a change and i was forced to spend more than what I had already budgeted for, just to get a change.

As a cell C client my right as a customer were violated and my time was wasted moreover my money was also wasted travelling to the nearest store for not getting proper service.

I hope this matter to be taken seriously and the matter has to be addressed according to the appropriate cell c policy.
