pep store Complaints - bad customer service by mitta the manager

purchased an item on sale but was override @ the till in my presence and when i asked why i ws told that its nt yet marked on the label but scans the marked down price. The manager has no morals for corning customers like that. She needs to be taught how to handle customers and provide good customer care. I returned the item then was told i wont have a slip while i hav other items with .....please look into this plea of creative a wwarm atmosphere for us.
