On Air TV Complaints - BAD CUTOMER SERVICE

IM WRITING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ONR SERVICE,I THINK THEY SHOULD CLOSE DOWN THIER COMPANY!!!6 MONTHS AGO,ON AIR AGENT CONTACTED ME REGARDING A PROMOTION THAT THEY HAVE ON EXPLORER,WHICH TOOK IT,ON 25-09-2018,THE DIVICE STPPED WORKING THEN I CALLED THEM TO START WITH THIER AGENTS ARE RUDE!!!!!(NO CUSTOMER WHATSOEVER),I SPOKEN TO THE LADY CALLED SHENAZZ,AND UON TELLING HER MY STORY SHE TRANSFERRED ME TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT AND AT THAT DEPARTMENT..I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT DSTV AND I DID THAT,TO MY SURPRISE DSTV TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE NOT INVOLVED I WENT BACK AGAIN...I VE BEEN BACK AND FORTH WITH THIS COMPANY AND THIS MORNING WHEN I CALLED THAT I WANTED TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER WITH REGARDS TO THE MATTER I WAS TOLD AGAIN BY THE AGENT TO CONTACT THEM AND PRESS ANOTHER OPTION..WHEN YOU PRESS THAT OPTION IS OUT OF SERVICE!!!!ITS BEEN 7 DAYS WITHOUT WATCHING MY TELEVISION AND YET I HAVE PAD THEM!!!!I TRUST THIS IS NOT THE WAY THIS AWFUL COMPANY WISHES TOO CONDUCT BUSINESS TO VALUABLE CUSTOMERS!!!!!
