Storage Mossel Bay Complaints - BAD SECURITY AND STORAGE

Advertise all the nice security, but when they broke into my store on 03 January 2019, the couldn't provide any footage. The agree immediately that they will pay all the damages, but now they don't answer any whats-ups or mails. They expect from me to provide receipts for all the stolen goods, but all the receipts were taped inside the boxes. I think the owner must take sort of responsibility, because we flew down to Mossel Bay on 19 Jan 2019 and on 20 Jan 2019 the broke into 5 store-rooms/garages, all they have done was to change the locks. There are a lot of concerns regarding these stores/garages...we rent from them because they advertise all the nice security, but then we noticed that none of the security worked.
