C Surance Complaints - Bad servic, not getting thru to a consutant

I gave my phone in to be repaired with an claim with all of the paper work, at first Cell c told me that they are struggeling to get thru to the insure company, then i went in to get the files and send it in my self, i emailed the files to c surance, i got my ticket and then i called them to find out what i need to pay in. But everytime i call then i sit at caller 25, and waiting to speak to them for an hour and a half, and when i get thru, the line drops. And i have to start from the start, again at caller 25. Everytime the same story. I pay my account every month, so why the hell do i have to wait so log to speak to an consultant? They give you a option to leave an message, but they do not come back to you. This the bullshit service and would never use them again.
