Home Choice Complaints - Bad service

Good day.

I called home choice today after 09:30 before 10:00, reasen for my call I wanted to cancell an order, I spoke to the other consultant and she was not professional she was very rude, she even drop the call over my ears i dont know if home choice works with customers like that. Then I call back again I spoke to Amanda, then when I ask Amanda's surname she said they are not allowed to give out surname, I ask her about the previous person I was speaking to she said there is no record that show that I was speaking to someone. So I dont understand if Home choice is training their consultant to be rude this way and i gues if i was ordering something they were going to sound proffesional because they want successful sales. But because I was cancelling the order they become rude and they dont care how to speak to customers.
