old mutaul pinetown branch Complaints - bad service

i have a policy of which i was registered by an old mutual agent who came at my work place,months later when i went to cancel my policy they told me i cnt because my names on their system does not match my id of which the agent typed my information incorrectly,when i went to cancel my policy i was told to go to home affairs to get a letter that my details have changed,but i have never change my details what so ever they make a mistake on their side,now i was told i cant get my money back,im verry unhappy with the service they have provided.
