I bought an Edblo Alton base set at Joshua Doore now called Bradlows in February 2015. in May this year I went to the store to complain about the base set and they logged a call and inspection was done. I received a call to tell me that indeed there is a problem and they sent me an email to pay a warranty fee of R671.49 for the base set to be replaced. And on that email I was told that Edblo Alton has been discontinued and it will be replaced by Edblo Royalty. I made the payment on the 8th of June 2017 and sent through proof of payment to Bravo. i made followups with the store and was told that they do not have stock. this went on for over a month. Finally the base set was delivered but to my surprise it was an Edblo Alton not Royalty and it also had damages. I took the pictures of the base set and forwarded them to one of their sales person to show her the damages. She logged another call and inspection was done again. The next day I received a call from BRAVO telling me that this has nothing to do with them since the damages occured during delivery and that the store (BRADLOWS)should sort it out. I immediately contacted the store to notify them about what BRAVO has said and asked them to sort it out but to date I have not received my base set which was approved by bravo. Everytime when I call I am told a different story and this has gone on for more than three months now.
