Capitec Bank Complaints - Bad Service

I had R4000 and I withdrawn R2000 and the other R2000 I did not withdraw but when I wanted the remaining R2000 it was missing. When I inquire about the missing money on the 22nd of September 2017 they consultant said they will investigate as there was no trace of it and i should wait for 48 hours. To date i haven't received my money and the only thing that i receive is the sms indicating bank charges but there was no proper communication there is no money in my account.
