Private Complaints - BAD SERVICE

I REPORTED MY GEYSER THAT IT WAS LEAKING ON 18TH NOVEMBER. THAT EVENING A PLUMBER CAME TO LOOK AT THE GEYSER. HE TOOK PHOTOS OF THE GEYSER AND MENTIONED THAT IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY AND THEREFORE HE CANNOT ATTEND TO IT BUT WILL LET THE INSURER KNOW. FROM MONDAY 20TH UP TO DATE I AM PHONING STANDARD BANK CLAIMS AND THEY KEEP ON SAYING SOMEONE WILL BE COMING OR WILL BE CALLING ME. NO ONE CALLS UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MORNING WHEN I PHONE AGAIN AND NO SATISFACTORY ANSWER IS RECEIVED. MY PROBLEM IS THAT I AM PAYING STANDARD BANK EVERYMONTH FOR THIS INSURANCE AND IF THEY OUTSOURCE SOME OF THE SERVICES THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM I NEED THE MY INSURER TO KEEP ME UP TO DATE WITH MY CLAIM AND NO ONE IS GIVING ME UPDATES.
