vodacom Complaints - bad service

had numerous complaints about not receiving my statements by email monthl.ly.I have 2 accounts and without fail receive 1 of 2 accounts only.After lodging
email queries and telephoniing in to rectify the errors
I still do not receive all my accounts as requested
This has been going on for months, not to mention the other queries relating to my itemised billing which
is now being charged.Previously not charged according to my original contract.

No one seems to care a damn at Vodacom.
I will have to reconsider changing service providers!!!
