First National Bank Ltd Complaints - Bad service

I'm an FNB client for a long time since I was 19 years old now I'm 40 and what I now currently going through with FNB is horrible in a sense that even the senior management of this finance institution are failing and unable to help.
I do have a problem that I lost my job and want to carry on paying my funeral and law cover, but the problem now is that I still want to pay my both those covers that I have with FNB over the counter but they are telling me they don't have an bank account number for such, so am I supposed to forfeit my covers because they don't have the account for such? And if they don't have it where is the money that they have being debiting going to?
I don't want my account to be debited any more since I cannot afford debit orders.
