Telkom Complaints - Bad service

I signed a new contract with Telkom and all they had to do was immigrate my old number. Instead they gave me a new number. It has been 3 weeks now and every time I go there they say it is going to be sorted out within the next 48 hours. I don't know if the cant tell time but I know 48 hours is not 3 weeks. I was there yesterday again and spoke to the manager gave her my details she said she would call and keep me updated and 24 hours later nothing. How difficult can this be. The only person that could give me a straight answer was a guy buy the name of Deon the rest of the staff at Telkom Vangate mall is hopeless.
