Standard Bank Insurance Complaints - Bad service

For the past month and a bit I have tried unsuccessfully to communicate telephonically during working hours with the call centre. You can only submit a claim telephonically. The other day I sat in the bank on the phone for 45 minutes and eventually gave up. The only time I have been successful is at 8 o' clock in the morning. If you have any further questions you are just not able to get through. I am now cancelling the insurance and that is also proving to be a challenge. I just hope someone answers my email and cancels my debit order.
There are just no alternative options provided to the customer. It would appear that the call centre is totally understaffed. Just to prove there are companies out there that take their clients seriously I emailed OUTSURANCE yesterday and I had no sooner hit the enter button, my phone rang with the call back. That was amazing service.
