GEMS Complaints - Bad Service

i have send a new registration application for a new born on the 19/03/2018, a follow up was done on the 28/03/2018 with Mutshidzi Tshivalo, she advised that she was going to escalate same to for finalization, to date same has not been completed, I have done a follow up today, and spoken to Mabatho Manyaka, she advised that the matter has been escalated to her team leader Nokuthula Mthsali, it is with profound indignation that I write this complaint, poor customer service from government entinties at its best ,we were told that the child should be registered within 30 days, we have tried all our level best to abide but in vain
