Nedbank Complaints - Bad Service

Personal Loan: 8002706696801, ID 740710 0302 082, I have requested a settlement amount on my personal loan, it took Nedbank a month to confirm the settlement amount. I spoke to Fulie, Precious, Asharia, Carleen and many other consultant with no luck. Eventually I received the settlement letter from Melvin Kodandaraju after a month and putting in complaints.

Indeed I settled the account immediately and emailed proof of payment on the 20 May 2018. To date I am struggling to get paid up letter after sending more than 4 emails to [email protected] and copying [email protected]

I need to clear my name on ITC but I am unable to get a paid up letter from Nedbank. No one respond to my emails, when you call the call centre they refer you to NRR email address, which you only get automatic response.

My request to Nedbank to is for the settlement letter and to update my name on ITC/Experian.

Can someone call me and help me out of my frustration. ITC can only help me if I have a paid up letter from Nedbank.
