Metropolitan Complaints - Bad Service

My husband have a policy at Metropolitan from 1996 to date(14 August 2018), we want to surrender this policy. Our financial advisor requested paperwork from Metropolitan to surrender this policy. It took them 2 weeks just to find the policy on their system Then it took them almost a week just to e-mail the surrender paperwork to our advisor. Paper work was filled in and submitted on the 26 July 2018. We are still waiting on any response from Metropolitan to date(14 August 2018)
