Telkom Complaints - Bad Service

I received a call from Telkom in June to say that they are going to change my residential line to a cordless device. They delivered the sim card with no devise. They disconnect my line without letting us know and when I tried to follow up now no apologies nothing they just said they are logging a call for the devise. This was the Telkom ref number 202260392A. No ETA or nothing and I'm still sitting without a line. I must say Telkom's service is very bad. I was holding on for 22 min before my call got answered
