Telkom Complaints - Bad Service

Good Day

On the 11 August my mom ordered the Unlimitedhome for R605 per month, at your Cresta store, till of this day we still haven’t received anything. On the 28 August I called your call centre and I was told our order is sitting with the verification department as they couldn’t pick up our address, which I find it very strange as I was in the very same store where I ported my number and the very same system picked up the same address. On the 30 August I went to your Cresta store and again I was told a different story that it takes 21 days for the order to be released, wow. Today I called your call centre again and I was told our order is with the address verification department. I am not sure who is fooling me here, your store staff or your call centre staff. We had a Telkom landline before and YOUR system was able to pick up our address then and now YOUR system is having problems. I am looking for your response on this. It’s been 2 months to date since we’ve ordered the offer. Everytime I call them they offline. What a bad service ever.
