MTN Complaints - Bad Service

After many emails and phone calls to MTN and a lot of attitude from the Insurance department agents, I was told my insurance was never updated at the time of my upgrade. Now I'm left with a damaged phone that I cannot use!! I have diligently paid my contract and insurance for over 5 years!! I’m beyond disappointed in MTN and their nonsense service!! I shouldn't be held accountable for MTN's incompetent staff who failed to update my info at the time of my upgrade!!
