SPAR Complaints - BAD SERVICE

GOOD DAY

I WILL LIKE TO LODGE A COMPLAINT REGARDING A BAD EXPERIENCE I HAD YESTERDAY AT LETSOHO CENTRE SPAR.I CAME WITH MY AUNT TO WITHDRAW MONEY,SHE WAITED LONG TO BE ASSISTED ON A VERY LONG QUEUE.WHEN SHE GETS TO THE FRONT,SHE NOTICES THAT SHE CANT FIND HER ID IN HER BAG,SO SHE INFORMED THE SECURITY LADY BY THE NAME (PHINDILE) THAT SHE CAN'T FIND HER ID AND TOLD HER SHES COMING BACK,BY THE TIME SHE REACHED THE DOOR SHE REALISED HER ID WAS INSIDE THE BAG,THEN SHE WENT BACK TO THE CONSULTANT AND WAS TOLD SHE CANT BE ASSISTED INSTEAD SHE MUST JOIN THE QUEUE FROM BACK AND THE IT WAS VERY LONG.THATS WHEN I JUMPED IN TO SAY ITS UNFAIR FOR HER TO START THE QUEUE OVER AGAIN AND COULDNT BE ASSISTED.I THEN REQUESTED TO SEE THE MANAGER,A TEAM LEADER BY THE NAME OF (SUMO) CAME THROUGH AND COULDNT ALSO ASSIST INSTEAD SHE ADDRESSED US IN AN UNWORTHY MANNER...SHE SAID"WENA MAMA WE WOUNT ASSIST YOU,YOU WAISTING YOUR TIME BY WAITING HERE,YOU MUST GO AND JOIN THE QUEUE AGAIN"...I WAS SO DISAPOINTED BECAUSE I NEVER EXPECTED THAT FROM A TEAM LEADER ,PLEASE I NEED THE TEAM LEADER TO BE ADDRESS ACCORDINGLY (SUMO)AND THE CONSULTANT TO BE SENT TO TRAINING TO KNOW HOW TO KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERMS (UNKNOWN NAME)ALSO THE SECURITY TO STICK TO HER JOB WHICH IS TO GUARD ,I BELIEVE THAT MY AUNT NEED A PROPER APOLOGY FROM THAT STORE(SPAR)AND THEY NEED TO KNOW THAT THEY NOT DOING A CUSTOMER A FAVOUR BY ASSISTING THEM ,BECAUSE WITHOUT THE CUSTOMES THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS AND NO WORK ,IN RESPECTIVE OF ITS IN THE LOCATION THAT STORE OR NOT .KINDLY ASSIST
