Liberty Complaints - Bad Service

I am a Liberty client. I sent numerous emails to have questions answered on my policy. First request was sent 19 February 2019 1:56 PM, Second request Friday 22 February 2019 11:16 PM followed by a complaint on Monday 25 February 2019 7:09 AM and still no response other than the auto response from Liberty that states: We have received your request/query and we will get back to you within 24 hours. My husband call and I also called Liberty call centre on 0860 456 789. The first consultant said call back in an hour, we are offline. I dropped the call and called back immediately to be told by the second consultant, I have to wait another 24-48 hours for answers as my email was referred to a consultant? He will escalate but cannot promise as that is the process. This is not on. I wonder if this is how Liberty will respond to a Claim? Frustrated! I have proof of all emails sent if Liberty cares to retain us as their clients.
