Miway Insurance Complaints - Bad Service

This insurance company seems to have the worst claims service ever. A power surge claim logged Monday 15/7/2019 for 3 items, finally received a call from a claims consultant 2 days later 17/07/2019. An entire week has gone by and the next call received is on Tuesday 23/7/2019 from a service provider named Mastercare during working hours advising they only need to collect 1 item and asking if I am at home, I state no only available on the weekend. So what happened to the other 2 items? The next call is again master care today asking if I am at home, now what would have changed from yesterday to today when I stated I will only be at home on the weekend? Miway has not contacted me once since the logging of the claim. Very scary as this is a fast track claim for a TV, Tumble Dryer and DSTV and this is the service I have received. Makes one wonder, small claim and this is the service, yet they never miss the opportunity to take the premium from your account.
