pep stores, constantia kloof Complaints - bad service

to whom it may concern
I was appalled by the service I received at PEP stores today and it was not the first time given the same treatment.the 1st incident I came at PEP stores after 9 o'clock where I was made to wait because the tellers were still preparing, if the store opens at 9 am why I they only preparing when customers arrive and again today, I went into the store and approached Sizakele who was busy with the PAXI and I asked if she can assist as I would also like to send a package, she told me to wait as she is still busy, I waited while she was busy on a cellphone scanning, after a while I asked how long is what she is doing going to take as I have been waiting for 15 minutes watching her on a cellphone, she told me with so much arrogance that it is going to take long. how do you keep a customer waiting that long when there is not even a queue when you can just assist and continue doing what you have been doing after they leave. I ended up leaving the store with my parcel because Sizakele was busy on her cellphone. I needed the package to go to KZN urgently but hey it is was important to me but clearly I was going to waist Sizakele's time
