AFFINITY Motor insurance Complaints - bad service

I had a accident April 2019 and Affinity advised the towing company to deliver the car to a repairing company, they later changed the repairer to another, without informing either the towing company or us their client. affinity is now claiming that we should move our car and pay for the storage cost. The contact person is not even helpful, I had to find the contact details of the first repairer and confirm if the car is with them, when the insurance (Affinity) was not even aware where the car was delivered, even though they authorised the delivery and repairer. To date I still do not have my car and it is not repaired. This is my actual first claim after being with this insurance for 5 years.
