Cape Union Mart Complaints - bad service

Hi,I bought a Do fit GPS sports watch in march 2019 from cape union mart. The glass broke however the watch still works. I gave it in at cape union mart on 6 October 2019,went there 3 times only to discover they have never sent it for quote on repairs. on the 26 October 2019, I got e-mail from them, explaining the watch was send in to get a quote for replacement on the broken glass. The next day they phone me to inform me the glass can not be repaired/replaced, even if I am willing to pay for it. This is very sad. I feel because Cape union mart are stockiest of these products, surely they must be in contact with the suppliers in order to replace/repair goods that have gaurentee for a year. please give advice in this matter. many thanks
