webafrica Complaints - Bad service

I have a fibre contract with Webafrica. My fibre line keeps slowing down and then dropping off. During this time of Covid - small businesses are deeply dependent on their fibre connectivity being reliable and strong. For more than week i have been trying to talk to someone at Webafrica - they send me stupid tickets that have a 48 hour response limit - this they regard as good service - they have a childish automated bot service which cannot solve the problem and they have no call centre to speak to. They brag on their website that their staff are all working form their comfortable homes and that they are here to help you but you cannot get hold of any of them. They have too many clients feeding off the same limited fibre network and they try and suggest that the connectivity issue is with their clients computers. I have heard many people talking about how terrible their service is an I am now going to make it my business to spread this word, They have lost me as a client but not as a complainant. They have dropped their entire client base at the time of our greatest need,
