Fair Price - Dbsonville Complaints - Bad service

I have bought a frigdge on Layby during this lockdown early this month. i have payed of on 05 June 2020. It has been a week i have been waiting for my fridge i didnt get any call to track my product delivery. i mad a follow up today 12/06/2020 the manager was rude he keeps on telling me the stories i dont understand. i asked for my refund he told me he cant give me and didn't give me the valid reasons yet they have allowed me to pay off during lockdown. it is really painfull cause my food gets spoiled at home and its like he doesnt care. please help South Africa :(
