Finrite Complaints - Bad service

In March I submitted a claim at Finrite,they confirmed that they received the device only I had to call them in late June.This has been my straggle with these people. On the 9 June 2020 I received an sms that I need to pay 1080.90 because my phone was beyond repairs,in which I payed on the 10 June,I was promised that the payment takes 48 to reflect and I will get a new device 5 days after. When I called 22 June to follow up I was give the same story about the device that I received prior paying.

What shocked me when I called today was that an sms was sent to me informing me of a R40 that is still outstanding .It is now so annoying aand I dont know to expect from these people anymore!
