FNB Complaints - Bad Service

Money was sent t o me via PayPal. I went into FNB, opened up an account. I was told that everything was verified. Been trying to link my PayPal to my FNB account. I was sent from bank, to online banking, to PayPal; back and forth. endless phonecalls and no one can assist me. I get asked security questions of accounts that I had more than 10 years ago and I cannot remember. Now I get told to go back to the bank, yet when I was the first time at the bank, the lady phoned online banking and they told her there's no problems. Now I cannot access my money. Really bad service from PayPal and Online Banking. The lady at the bank phoned online banking in my presence yet they say my details are not verified. How may we help you? They definitely didn't help me!!
