Old Mutual Complaints - bad service

the retirement date on my old mutual policy was 01/08/2014.On 01/07/2014 i went to old mutual Alberon to now hand in all my documetns and to complete the neccasery form.To make a long story short on 01/08/2014 on maturity date of the policy i phoned old mutual in Alberton which is not very helpfull i then phoned old mutual in Cape town wand was advcied that they have not received anything from Alberton. On Monday the 04/08/2014 i went back to Old Mutual in Alberton and had to fill in form again and was told the whole proccess will take 10 workind day and that they also have to apply for A tax directive. No a taxdirective normaly takes about 48 hours. I have been emailing the lady at Old Mutual Alberton andshe keeped on telloing it is in the proccess this mirning i ask please to tell me what proccess this is in andshe replied no still waiting for the taxdirective. no that just blew me away completly. How lond ago did they apply for a taxdirective. On this same policy i must also get a monthly pernsion am i ever going to get this.i have been paying trhis Flexi pension policy for 24 years so and i havealso paid a lumpsum in,to this policy now i must battle to get my money from Old Mutual that to me is not on at all. The policy number is 7052621.I need a urgent answer today
